The location near a subway station made it convenient for us to explore the area easily.

Everything was good, supper friendly staff, exceptional location next to many historical places, restaurants and shops as well as both Principe. The room we had was modern and cosy with netflix and coffee machine plus kettle.

When I booked a double room here, it came with all the comforts - an electric kettle, a fridge, and even climate control to keep us cozy. But what really stood out and made our stay special were the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They truly were the cherry on top! 🌟

The comfortable rooms, with amenities like a coffee machine, a fridge, and a big mirror, made our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect, with historical places, restaurants, and shops nearby. The owner was also very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is in the center and close to Piazza Principe train station. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and for transportation purposes. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff also provides excellent service, being considerate and responsive to queries.

One observation is that some rooms may have limited bedding, such as only a mattress cover, pillow, and duvet. However, despite this, the bedding feels clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The value for money at Nik Rooms was fantastic, with a modern and spacious room that was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the port, and the staff, especially Nik, were friendly and professional.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Convenience at its finest! Located just 700 meters from the University of Genoa, staying at this guest house felt like having a personal chauffeur take me straight to my classes. Plus, being a mere 6-minute walk away from Palazzo Ducale made me feel like a royal on my daily jaunts through the historical centre.
